ALUMINUM BALL

The technology of hot cutting billet and putting the billet into the extruder by the method of putting the billet in front of the extrusion die (the common technology on Vietnamese aluminum extruders is to put the billet behind the extrusion die). This technology not only reduces machine downtime, but also minimizes billet concentricity or curvature in the extrusion die, causing air bubbles to be mixed in the product. Product recall rate reached 90% to 95%.

BILLET BILLET

Technology controls temperature during the entire extrusion process from billet, die to output product with uniform hardness. Guaranteed extrusion of industrial products with strict specifications with special aluminum alloys.

LAMP MACHINE

The hydraulic system of the machine is completely designed by the world famous REXROTH company with its extrusion experts. TECALEX and KAUTEC, creating stability during extrusion.

SOFTWARE SYSTEM

The software system is optimally programmed from the first stage of billet cutting to the last stage of the extrusion process (aging stitch) to make the operation of workers easier.
Engineers will be the ones to set parameters for each product in the extrusion system, workers are only the implementers and observers, so the uneven quality of extruded products should be minimized.

OLD AGE

The system's aging furnace is a specialized furnace for special aluminum alloys. The furnace has many different aging modes (with its own technology and know-how) for many other aluminum alloys, so the hardness of the product is always higher than that of a traditional furnace. The aging furnace temperature is maintained at a uniform level throughout the furnace (±1oC). Products of this system were used by Apple to make iPhone cases.

LAMP

Product size can be extruded up to 230mm wide and up to 100m high. Extrusion and aging length up to 12.5m. There are aging modes from T4, T5, T6
