- The software system is optimally programmed from the first stage of billet cutting to the last stage of the extrusion process (aging stitch).
- Engineers will be the ones to set parameters for each product in the extrusion system, workers are only the ones who perform and monitor
OLD AGE
Products of this system were used by Apple to make iPhone cases.
- The furnace has many different aging modes (with its own technology and know-how) for many other aluminum alloys, so the hardness of the product is always higher than that of a traditional furnace.
- The aging furnace temperature is maintained at a uniform level throughout the furnace (±1oC).

- Product size can be extruded widest up to 230mm and highest up to 100mm
- Extrusion and aging length up to 14m. There are aging modes from T4, T5, T6.
